The Office of Communications, Engagement & External Relations serves functions similar to a department dismantled in spring 2017 known as the Department of Community, Family, and Student Engagement.  That department consisted of approximately 15 staff members for a number of years prior to 2017;  the similar department now has eight (8) staff members, as follows:
