New Cabinet Assembled by Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Lisa Sayles-Adams: Low-Skill, Red Flags, and Meager Academic Credentials

Inept and mean-spirited Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Lisa Sayles-Adams has designated the following staff members as comprising her “Senior Leadership Team” and “Associate Superintendents” on the “Administration" portal of the Minneapolis Public Schools website.  With at least two staff departures and the reduction of leadership status for other positions, this is a smaller group composition of what previously was known as the “Cabinet.” 

As either already discussed on this blog or slated for discussion in upcoming articles, Ibrahima Diop is a first-rate Finance Officer, Ryan Strack skillfully performs a number of useful functions, and Alicia Miller has brought sound leadership to Human Resources.

 

Otherwise, though, with the possible exception of new General Counsel Jamie Jonassen, whose professional background I am still researching, both the Senior Leadership Team and the Associate Superintendents are comprised of staff members variously of low skill, backgrounds with red flags, and meager academic credentials.
