Irresponsibility and Incompetence of the Superintendent Lisa Sayles-Adams Administration >>>>> Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) Data Requests and Department of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment (REA) Are Ethically and Very Likely Legally Noncompliant with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) in Failing to Provide Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment Results

Note to Readers  >>>>>    Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) Data Requests and Department of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment (REA) have been ethically and very likely legally noncompliant with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).  I laboriously compiled the figures given below from those available at Minnesota Department of Education Minnesota Report Card website portal.

Such figures have not been available for two years at the nonfunctional Minneapolis Public Schools Data Report Card portal;  and neither MPS Data Requests nor MPS Department of Research, Evaluation, and Assessment (REA) have acted upon my request to provide this information directly.

For the benefit of my readers, I provide the following information that the administration of MPS Superintendent Lisa Sayles-Adams is unwilling or too incompetent to provide >>>>>
