Many a

year,

very little to

cheer,

pushing against

an unyielding

gear,

bureaucratic 

machine

dispensing 

ignorance,

hopelessness,

fear;

then did

Rochelle

appear, 

proclaiming

primacy of

knowledge,

visions of 

MPS 

as nationally

top-tier.
