Readers scrolling down through the following dissertations will find that overwhelmingly these documents list availability via PDF. With one exception, those for which PDFs are not listed have links for viewing the full dissertation at the Cornerstone Dissertations website for Minnesota State University/Mankato.
Thus the one dissertation that is only accessible by making an appointment to gain access is that written by Minneapolis Public Schools Superintendent Lisa Sayles-Adams and listed at “Theses/Dissertations from 2022.” Readers may view this listing in context by scrolling on down this list and may view the essential information as follows:
African American Women Principals: A
Phenomenological Study to Explore their Experiences in K-12 Leadership, Lisa

………………………………………………………………………..
The
highly unusual status of the Sayles-Adams dissertation follows a pattern by
which the dissertation was embargoed (temporarily inaccessible) for 15 Months; available for a month in autumn 2024; and then
withdrawn (completely inaccessible) for many months before being made available
only by appointment, as explained above.
I stress
here that the statuses of “embargoed,” “withdrawn,” and “available only by
appointment” are so unusual as to only be applicable in the case of the
Sayles-Adams dissertation, as readers may note as they scroll on down the list
below.
Readers
may remember also that I downloaded and printed the Sayles-Adams dissertation
during the short time that the dissertation was available in autumn 2024. I then read and analyzed this dissertation,
which I found to be inept as to research technique and written format; ridden with spelling errors and word misusage; and laden with repetitive phrasings that
padded a dissertation only 104 pages in actual text body.
The various
unusual availability classifications for the Sayles-Adams dissertation strongly
suggests that this academic fraud of a Minneapolis Public School superintendent
knows how shoddy is the document of reference and has made various attempts to
eliminate and then greatly restrict availability, especially since she knew
that I was conducting my investigation of this strange episode.
