A Note to My Readers >>>>>
Please be aware of the substantial number of articles that I have posted these last three days.
In that awareness, please scroll on down to articles assessing the roles, performance, and prospects of Ed Graff, Michael Thomas, Susanne Griffin, Michael Walker, Terry Henry, Anna Ross, Macarre Traynham, and Christina (Tina) Platt in their current positions at the Minneapolis Public Schools.
In these articles, conveyed in the context of abundant factual detail, I give my views as to why Ed Graff is unsuitable as MPS Superintendent and will likely not occupy that position beyond 2019; why Michael Thomas and Michael Walker possess major talents that are not currently being properly used; why Susanne Griffin and Macarre Traynham are not the right professionals for the critical positions that they occupy but may have other contributions to make at this school district; why Terry Henry and Anna Ross are not advancing student academic achievement that should be the precise mission of the departments that they lead; and why Tina Platt is neither academically prepared nor philosophically inclined to be the person needed in her role.
These articles as you scroll on down this blog are some of the most important that I have ever written and are strongly suggestive of the thematic foci for my book, Understanding the Minneapolis Public Schools: Current Condition, Future Prospects --- now at the advanced draft stage.
