Lack of Concern for Key Demographic Groups
As abhorrent as are the overall results of annual Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCAs) for the Minneapolis Public Schools, the outcomes pertinent to key demographic groups are much worse, generally indicating less than twenty percent (20%) proficiency in mathematics and reading.
